The Hong Kong authorities sealed off residential areas along Jordan Road and Yau Ma Tei last weekend due to the new crown pneumonia epidemic. After two days of compulsory quarantine, the seal was lifted early this morning and a total of 13 confirmed cases were found.
According to local media reports, at about 3:30 this morning, the authorities unblocked some areas. Of the 7,000 residents in the area who were tested for the virus, 13 were diagnosed.

In Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Jordan Road and Yau Ma Tei areas have been confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia two weeks ago. In the early morning of the 22nd, the authorities suddenly announced that about 100 buildings in Jordan Road and Yau Ma Tei area were scratched into areas, and people were prohibited from entering or exiting the area. Residents are subject to quarantine.
This is the first time since the outbreak of COVID-19 that the authorities have prohibited anyone from entering or leaving a certain area.
