The Director of Health of Malaysia stated that the Ministry of Health of Malaysia recommends that no elections should be held in the near future, but if it is unavoidable, it must be explored in different ways, such as no cross-state and cross-county voting, no gatherings, no ticket worship, or even mailing Ballots or other methods to vote.
He said that the Ministry of Health’s recommendation is that Malaysia should not hold any elections in the near future, but due to the Federal Constitution, Malaysia cannot avoid holding the next by-election. In view of this, he pointed out that the Ministry of Health can only discuss and make recommendations to the election committee, including no cross-state or cross-county voting, no return to the hometown to vote, no gatherings, and no door-to-door worship.
