Peter Nygard, the founder of Canadian fashion brand Nygrd International, has been involved in lawsuits recently and was brought to court by his two biological sons. The two sons claimed that when they were 14-15 years old, Peter Nygard instructed one of his “girlfriends” to have sex with them.

In addition to the lawsuits from his sons, Nygard also faces lawsuits from 57 other women, spread across Canada, the United Kingdom and the Bahamas, accusing Nygard of rape, sexual assault and sex trafficking. Two women even said they were only 14 years old when they were sexually assaulted.

Nygard’s net assets are estimated to be more than 800 million US dollars. Brands include SLIMS, Bianca Nygard and Tan Jay, and are one of the wealthiest people in Canada.
