White House announced on Thursday that President Trump accepted an exclusive interview with Starr, a reporter from the CBS show “60 Minutes”, that CBS directly called for violation of the agreement.

CBS was originally scheduled to broadcast this weekend an interview with Trump on the 20th of this month, as well as interviews with Vice President Pence, Democratic presidential candidate Biden, and campaign partner Harris.

Reuters reported that the video showed that Starr, who had visited Trump twice before, asked direct questions. When Trump answered questions about health insurance and the government’s response to the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Starr would sometimes refute.

According to reports, Trump said that the United States has overcome the difficulties in fighting the epidemic, and that he believes that masks are one of the effective tools to prevent the spread of the virus. Trump also stated that he hopes that the Supreme Court will “end” the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”, commonly known as “Obamacare”, and that he will replace it with a cheaper plan later, “will take care of people with existing physical conditions people”.

Trump tweeted: “Look at the prejudice, hatred, and rudeness that this represents “60 Minutes” and CBS.” At the same time, he attached a link to his Facebook page. This nearly 38-minute interview video can be seen on the Facebook page. This post immediately attracted attention, and accumulated more than 26,000 comments in less than two hours.

The White House only keeps a single-frame copy of the screen. This interview video only saw Trump appearing, but Starr could be heard asking questions. The film shows that Trump keeps asking Starr and CBS to ask Biden sharp questions.

CBS criticized the White House for violating the agreement by uploading an interview video. The statement said: “The White House has made an unprecedented decision to publish their films in ignorance of the agreement with CBS. This move will not prevent “60 Minutes” from providing complete, fair and relevant reports. Successive presidents have participated in this for decades. This type of visit.”

Trump retweeted the footage he uploaded recently on Thursday, pointing out that Starr did not wear a mask after visiting him at the White House. People familiar with the matter told CNN that Starr gathered with the producer immediately after finishing the interview. She had not yet returned to get personal belongings to put on the mask, and when she entered the White House and during the interview Wear a mask before starting.
