A soldier calls the medical staff on duty to rescue a critically wounded person who is still breathing but dying.

The soldier said to the medical staff, “No one is treating him! Come and see, the patient here is dying! Are you on duty?” But the medical staff still looked indifferent and did not come forward to take care.
