On September 23, at a school football match in Logan County, Ohio, the woman Alecia Kitts was electrocuted and arrested by police for not wearing a mask in the stands. The video showed that when the police tried to arrest her, Kitts struggled to refuse repeatedly and shouted: “I did nothing wrong.”
But the police officer was standing next to her, desperately trying to handcuff her, while Kitts’s mother had been there and looked at her in shock. After struggling for at least two minutes, the policeman took out the Taser and shocked Kitts. She screamed. The witnesses in the stands expressed dissatisfaction with the police’s behavior. A voice said: “Just don’t wear a mask. Shock her”.
In the end, the police handcuffed Kitts away, and when she left the stands, she still tried to resist. Currently, the Logan Police Department stated that the matter is under investigation.
