A few days ago, the plaintiff Shanghai Kuanyu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. and the defendants Fuzhou Dili Technology Co., Ltd., Fuzhou Jidan Network Co., Ltd., and Fujian Tianxia Wushuang Investment Group Co., Ltd. had a public trial in the People’s Court of Yangpu District, Shanghai.

On September 22, a reporter from Sina Finance learned from the judgment document that on August 31, 2020, the Shanghai Yangpu District People’s Court decided in the first instance: the three defendants immediately stopped infringing on the relevant registered trademark rights and posted on Sina Weibo The statement was published for five consecutive days to eliminate the impact; the three defendants compensated the plaintiff for economic losses of RMB 3 million and reasonable expenses of RMB 110,000; the remaining claims of the plaintiff were rejected.
